Privacy Policy

How TECHPlus International handles the personal information you share with us through this website.

Effective: May 25, 2026 · Last updated: May 25, 2026

1. Introduction

TECHPlus International (“TECHPlus,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides scalable software solutions and SAP-related technology services, including DATAXSTREAM OMS+, SAP Business One, and our Center of Excellence offering. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it.

This policy applies only to https://techplusinternational.com and the contact channels operated from this site. It does not cover third-party sites we link to (for example, LinkedIn job postings or YouTube product demos), which have their own privacy practices.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information you provide

When you submit our contact form, we collect:

  • Full name (required)
  • Company or organization (required)
  • Email address (required)
  • Phone number (optional)
  • Interest area:one of DATAXSTREAM OMS+, SAP Business One, Center of Excellence, or General Inquiry
  • Message:free-form text you choose to send us (optional, up to 2,000 characters)

We do not knowingly collect, and we ask you not to send, sensitive categories of personal information such as government identifiers, financial account numbers, health information, or precise location data.

2.2 Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, our analytics provider (Google Analytics 4) automatically receives standard web telemetry: pages viewed, session timing, referring page, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device type, and a randomly generated visitor identifier stored in first-party cookies. IP addresses are truncated by Google before storage.

When you submit the contact form, our server temporarily processes your IP address to apply short-term rate limits that prevent automated abuse. This data is not stored persistently and is not used for any other purpose.

2.3 Browser storage

After you submit the contact form, we save a timestamp in your browser’s local storage so we can show a notice if you try to send another inquiry shortly afterward. This value stays on your device, contains no personal information, and can be cleared at any time through your browser settings.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes only:

  • Respond to inquiries:to reply to your message and route it to the appropriate office (Cambodia, Singapore, Philippines, or the United States).
  • Provide and support our services:to schedule meetings, share product information, and follow up on sales or implementation discussions you initiate.
  • Understand site usage:to analyze aggregate, anonymized trends and improve the content and performance of the site.
  • Protect the site:to detect and prevent spam, fraud, and abuse of the contact form via short-term rate limiting.

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, automated decision-making with legal effects, or training machine-learning models. We do not sell personal information.

4. Third-Party Services

We rely on a small number of vendors to operate this site. Each is bound by contract to process personal data only on our instructions and to maintain appropriate security:

  • Resend (United States): transactional email delivery. When you submit the contact form, your name, company, email, phone, interest, and message pass through Resend to reach our inbox. See Resend’s privacy policy.
  • Google (Google Analytics 4) (United States): website analytics. Google receives the automatically-collected telemetry described in Section 2.2. See Google’s privacy policy.
  • LinkedIn:career applications. Our open roles are hosted on LinkedIn; if you apply, LinkedIn (not TECHPlus) collects and processes your application under its own terms. See LinkedIn’s privacy policy.

We may also disclose information when required to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests from public authorities, enforce our agreements, or protect the rights, property, or safety of TECHPlus, our customers, or others.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We do not set any cookies ourselves. Google Analytics, when loaded, sets first-party cookies (typically named _ga and _ga_*) used to distinguish unique visitors and sessions. These cookies do not contain your name, email, or any other directly identifying information.

We do not use advertising, retargeting, or social-media pixels. You can block or delete analytics cookies at any time through your browser settings, and most modern browsers honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals and similar opt-out mechanisms.

6. Data Retention

  • Contact form submissions are delivered as email and stored in our recipient mailbox. We keep them for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any resulting business relationship, after which they are deleted in the normal course of mailbox housekeeping.
  • Rate-limit data used to prevent contact-form abuse is held only transiently for the short window needed to detect repeat submissions. It is never written to a database, never analyzed, and never used for any purpose beyond abuse prevention.
  • Analytics data is retained by Google per our account configuration. Google’s default user-level retention is 14 months, after which it is automatically deleted.

7. International Data Transfers

TECHPlus operates from offices in the United States (headquarters), Singapore, Cambodia, and the Philippines. Personal information you submit may be transferred to and accessed by our staff in any of these locations, and processed by our vendors in the United States (Resend, Google).

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission (and the UK Addendum where applicable) as the legal mechanism for these transfers.

8. Security

We protect your information with industry-standard measures: all traffic to and from this site is encrypted in transit using TLS; the application enforces a Content Security Policy to limit script and resource loading; and access to the recipient mailbox is restricted to authorized personnel. We do not process payment card data on this site.

No method of transmission or storage over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Rights: EEA / UK (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data:

  • Access:request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectification:ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Erasure:ask us to delete your personal data where one of the grounds in Article 17 GDPR applies.
  • Restriction:ask us to restrict processing in certain circumstances.
  • Portability:receive the data you provided to us in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Objection:object to processing based on our legitimate interests, including analytics.
  • Withdraw consent:where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
  • Lodge a complaint:with your local data protection supervisory authority.

Our lawful bases for processing are: legitimate interests (responding to inquiries you initiate, securing the site, basic site analytics) and consent (where required by local law, for analytics cookies). To exercise any right, contact us at the address in Section 14.

10. Your Rights: California (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) gives you the following rights:

  • Right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose about you.
  • Right to delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.
  • Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Right to opt out of sale or sharing:we do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of, but the right is preserved.
  • Right to non-discrimination:we will not deny you services or provide a different level of service because you exercised your rights.

The categories of personal information we collect, as defined by the CCPA, are: identifiers (name, email, phone), commercial information (the product or service you indicated interest in), internet or other network activity (analytics), and geolocation data (coarse, derived from IP). We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined in the statute.

11. Children’s Privacy

This site is intended for business users and is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, legal requirements, or for other operational reasons. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on the page itself for a reasonable period before they take effect.
